La gestión del talento humano como elemento fundamental en la satisfacción laboral en la UGEL Nº 3 – Trujillo, 2018

RESUMEN

Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de  la gestión deltalento humano en la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la UGELNº 3 – Trujillo, 2018. Se trabajó con un diseño de contrastación correlacional.Se consideró como muestra representativa a los trabajadores de la UGELNº 3 – Trujillo conformada por un total de 55 trabajadores. Los resultados indicaron que en la UGEL Nº 3 los trabajadores se sienten conformes con elentorno y la asignación de sus labores, ya que la institución se preocupa porles brinda un lugar de trabajo en donde se sientan cómodos, a fin de obteneruna buena calidad de trabajo. Se concluyó que la gestión del talento humanoy la satisfacción laboral están muy relacionados; por lo tanto, la gestión deltalento humano influye de manera significativa en la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la UGEL Nº 3 – Trujillo, 2018.Palabras claves: Gestión, talento humano y satisfacción laboral.

ABSTRACTThe objective of this work was to determine the influence between themanagement of human talent and the job satisfaction of the workers of UGELNº 3 - Trujillo, 2018. We worked with a Correlational design. The workers ofthe UGEL Nº 3 - Trujillo made up of a total of 55 workers were considered as arepresentative sample. The results indicated that in UGEL No. 3 the workersfeel satisfied with the environment and the assignment of their work sincethe institution is concerned about providing its workers with a place of workwhere they feel comfortable in order to obtain a good quality of work. It wasconcluded that the management of human talent and job satisfaction are closely related; therefore, the management of human talent has a significant influence on the job satisfaction of the workers of UGEL Nº 3 - Trujillo, 2018.Keywords: Management, Human talent and job satisfaction.
