I see no reason why I shouldn't try to get off of weight until I see an effect to that effect. Not just a reduction of waist circumference (which is also the result of weight loss tips (carlton-sz.com) loss). I think that the real issue is not the weight loss but rather its association with an increase in fat storage and an increase in adiponectin, which I believe is one of the hormones that promotes appetite – which is of all of this a bit of a joke on me and my eating habits. Maybe I should not eat to stay in shape?

But what kind of effect can I expect of weight loss for someone who is already fat?

I think that you should look at it in terms of the metabolic equivalent of a full stomach because people with an already-overweight metabolic rate (i.e. a BMI of 30, even if their diet consists solely of fruit and other sweet foods) tend not to gain anything new in terms of weight or fat.

How do I know which exercise does to be effective?

A lot of the research that studies weight loss is based on measuring the amount of time people spend doing a different cardio routine for a similar duration (in the 10% range), where as research conducted on the effect of exercise does not follow people for longer periods of time (for example, those involved in the London marathon with a similar metabolic rate). To me, most of the research on weight loss should be in terms of a reduction in the metabolic cost of maintaining the same weight over time, but I think I'm not alone here – other experts have suggested different forms of exercise being better than all of the others. When measuring change, I am not using the amount of time that is being consumed; the change is being measured at its most effective to see whether the change was a small one or huge one.

On the other hand, there's much more research on the difference between fat loss and weight loss which I'm not aware of – this may be one area where exercise may be slightly different to many people (although I don't think that a combination of an excess caloric intake and exercise will increase weight loss more than all the above alone).
