RESUMEN

Este artículo tiene el propósito de estudiar la figura de la responsabilidad civil en los miembros que integran el consejo directivo de las asociaciones sin fines de lucro, reguladas en el Código Civil y que participan activamente en la vida económica del país desarrollando actividades culturales,deportivas, sociales, educativas, etc. Los miembros del consejo directivo pueden asumir responsabilidad por actos que causen daño a la asociación y esta consiste en la obligación legal de resarcir el daño ocasionado, restaurando el patrimonio de la asociación perjudicada.

ABSTRACT

This article intends to study the civil liability actions of the members who integrate the board of directors of non-profit associations regulated by the Civil Code, which are actively engaged in the economic life of the country, where they develop a series of cultural, sports, social, educational activities, etc.The members of the board of directors may take on responsibilities for any damage they cause by means of acts that are contrary to the association and this implies a legal duty to repay or indemnify the loss or damage caused, restoring the legal heritage of the association affected.
