Un luchador estudiantil olvidado: José Salomé Díaz Alfaro

RESUMEN

En este artículo se busca dar a conocer algunos pasajes de la breve vida de José Salomé Díaz Alfaro,de quien se reconoce su activismo en la política universitaria y su lucha por sus ideas de libertad y justicia social, así como su relación con algunos miembros de la Bohemia de Trujillo o Grupo Norte, que reunió a ilustres intelectuales entre los cuales hubo jóvenes de encumbrada participación en el movimiento estudiantil reformista en esta ciudad y el Perú. Muy pocas fuentes acuden al investigador en el momento de buscar su verdad; son escasas, sin embargo, presentamos la primera valoración histórica de este personaje olvidado.

ABSTRACT

This article seeks to present some passages of the brief life of Jose Salome Diaz Alfaro, whose activismis recognized in university politics and his struggle for his ideas of freedom and social justice, as well as,his relation ship with some members of the Bohemian of Trujillo or North Group, that brought together illustrious intellectuals among whom there were young people of high standing in the reformist student movement in Trujillo city and Peru. Very few sources go to the researcher at the moment of seeking their truth; they are scarce; however, the first historical valuation of this forgot ten character is presented.
