LA ILUSORIA GARANTÍA DE LA LIBERTAD DE CONCIENCIA EN MOVIMIENTOS RELIGIOSOS RECONOCIDOS POR EL ESTADO

RESUMEN

La sociedad peruana, en su mayoría, es católica. Ello justifica la existencia de diversos movimientos religiosos reconocidos por la máxima autoridad eclesiástica y por el estado peruano como organizaciones jurídicas para realizar actividades de apostolado y enseñanza en base a principios católicos. Sin embargo, movimientos, como es el caso del Sodalitium Christianae Vitae (SVC), en el Perú, proscriben cualquier forma de cuestionamiento de la interpretación de las leyes divinas y sus dogmas. Esto conlleva a una vaga garantía del derecho a la libertad de conciencia, pues los jóvenes que deciden dedicar su vida a estas asociaciones pierden su sentido crítico, llegando a adoptar órdenes amorales como normales y a las autoridades de estas instituciones a justificar abusos psicológicos -incluso sexuales -por el consentimiento de las víctimas. Este consentimiento se ha obtenido por mecanismos de adoctrinamiento. Palabras claves: libertad de religión, libertad de conciencia, Sodalitium Christianae Vitae (SVC).

 

ABSTRACT

Peruvian society, for the most part, is Catholic. This justifies the existence of various religious movements recognized as the highest ecclesiastical authority and, finally, the Peruvian state as legal organizations to carry out activities of apostolate and teaching based on Catholic principles. However, the movements, as in the case of the Sodalitium Christianae Vitae (SVC), in Peru, continue any form of questioning regarding the interpretation of the divine laws and their dogmas. This leads to the vague guarantee of the right to freedom of conscience, young people who decide to dedicate their lives to these associations lose their critical sense, arriving at an amoral order as normal and the authorities, these institutions, to justify psychological abuse, even, sexual by the consent of the victims.
