The objective of this research was to evaluate the organizational climate andjob satisfaction of the administrative staff of UPAO, Piura in 2018. The sampleconsisted of 47 workers aged between 25 and 65, both sexes, categorizedaccording to their working condition; such as appointed and hired. The studyvariables were evaluated with two instruments: Scale of the OrganizationalClimate of Sonia Palma Carrillo CL-SP (2004) and the Sonia Palma SL - SP (1999) Work Satisfaction Scale.At the conclusion of the work, it was obtained as results that, the organizational climate and job satisfaction are optimal for the fulfillment of the functionsof the staff, translated into a favorable climate and a regular-good level ofsatisfaction, in turn the staff named he finds more satisfied and the hiredpersonnel perceive a more favorable climate; In addition, there is a highlysignificant correlation between the indicators that encompass the study variables
