La gestión del talento humano como elemento fundamental en la satisfacción laboral en la UGEL Nº 3 N° - Trujillo, 2018
Abstract
ABSTRACTThe objective of this work was to determine the influence between themanagement of human talent and the job satisfaction of the workers of UGELNº 3 - Trujillo, 2018. We worked with a Correlational design. The workers ofthe UGEL Nº 3 - Trujillo made up of a total of 55 workers were considered as arepresentative sample. The results indicated that in UGEL No. 3 the workersfeel satisfied with the environment and the assignment of their work sincethe institution is concerned about providing its workers with a place of workwhere they feel comfortable in order to obtain a good quality of work. It wasconcluded that the management of human talent and job satisfaction are closely related; therefore, the management of human talent has a significant influence on the job satisfaction of the workers of UGEL Nº 3 - Trujillo, 2018.Keywords: Management, Human talent and job satisfaction.
